Betsy Brown Braun conducts monthly  parenting discussion groups. Below is the schedule for fall/winter 2009 .

Enrollment: Group size is limited; series enrollment only, on a first come, first serve basis. Child’s age/group determined as of September 1, 2009 

Cost for all series: $200 per person/$375 per couple

Time: Evening Parenting Groups: 7:30 P.M. to 9:30 P.M. /Afternoon Groups: 1:00 P.M. to 2:30 P.M. /Morning Groups 9:30 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.

Location: Unless otherwise arranged, all groups meet at: 847 Greentree Road, Pacific Palisades

With the exception of Groups II and III, Betsy’s groups are discussion groups. Topics will be generated by participants’ issues, needs, and question

GROUP II            2.5 years to 3.5 years

Evening Group:  7:30 to 9:00 p.m.
Wednesdays:  February 3; March 3; April 7; May 5; June 2
Limit Setting; Fears; Anger and other big feelings; Eating behaviors; Socialization

GROUP III            3.5 to 4.5 years

Evening Group:  7:30 to 9:00 p.m.
Tuesdays:  February 2; March 2; April 6; May 4; June 1
4 year olds; Communication; Independence; Learning about Death; Friendships

 GROUP IV            4.5 to 5.5 years

Evening Group:  7:30 to 9:00 p.m.
Wednesdays:  February 10; March 10; April 14; May 12; June 9

GROUP V            5.5 to 6.5 years

Evening Group:  7:30 to 9:00 p.m.
Tuesdays:  February 9; March 9; April 13; May 11; June 8

GROUP VI            6.5 to 7.5 years   

Evening Group:  7:30 to 9:00 p.m.
Wednesdays:  February 17; March 17; April 21; May 19; June 7* (note variance)

GROUP VII   First through Third Grade

Afternoon Group:  1:00 to 2:30 p.m. Evening Group:  7:30 to 9:00 p.m.

GROUP VIIA First through Third Grade   

Afternoon Group:  1:00 to 2:30 p.m.
